As per recent surveys and opinion of experts, there would be an enormous growth in the Biotechnology sector with great career opportunities in the near future.

Matching with the Institute's philosophy of integrated approach to Engineering Education, the Biotechnology Engineering Department at ACE is engaged in providing quality education to the students and contributing to the field of biotechnology through research. The department is working very closely with all the other departments to develop equipment and apparatus for Biotechnology. The labs are well equipped with state-of-art modern facilities and equipment like the gel electrophoresis system, gel documentation system, PCR machine, and fermenter have been developed in-house. A brand new Animal House(Regd), Tissue Culture Lab, and an Immunology Lab have been developed in the past year.
