Alumni Talk: Sep 12, 2019

Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research Alumni Association organized an alumni interactive session on 12th September 2019 at ACE campus. During this interactive session Dr. Gaurav Goyal, a distinguished Alumnus of 2006 Pass-out batch of Biotechnology Engineering interacted with the students. Dr. Goyal is working as a consultant in Quantum Biosystem, MelnoPark, CA and also as a visiting researcher in Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. On this occasion Dr. Goyal discussed the importance of multidisciplinary knowledge for an engineering student. He expressed his view that education and research should be problem centric. He motivated the students to enhance their technical skills. He discussed the importance of patience and perseverance in achieving the life goals. The students also raised queries regarding job prospects/higher studies options available outside India. At the end of the session, Dr. Amit Wason felicitated Dr. Gaurav with a memorabilia.
