ACE farewell party was organized for the passing out batch 2014-18, on 30th April 2018. Bidding adieu to the four years long journey of soulful seniors who had entered the portals of the college as young and graduated as engineers. Dr. Ashawant Gupta, Director, Sh. Ashwani Goel, Trustee Member, Sh. Rama Kant, Trustee Member were the chief guests of the occasion.Hosts welcomed seniors by a Tilak Ceremony followed by an array of wonderful performances by both the seniors and juniors and culminated by presentation of Titles to the outgoing seniors. The judges for the event were Sh. Ajay Pal Singh TPO, Er. Nishant Malik Alumni, 2007 batch, Biotechnology Engineering, and his wife.
Ms. Kanistha Kopani (CSE) and Mr. Ishaan Gulati (ME) were Miss and Mr ACE respectively. Ms. Riya Joshi (BT) and Mr. Rahul Yadav (BT) were Miss and Mr Personality respectively. The party ended with warm wishes for a successful career, bright future and happy landings.
FRESHERS’ WELCOME PARTY

Continuing with the proud tradition of the college, senior students and newcomers of the college mingled with each other at the Freshers’ welcome party Organized on 16th September 2017. The purpose of this event is that every “fresher” of ACE feels as an integral part of ACE family. Jovial smiles and high spirits marked the welcome party for the students. With pulsating ambience, flashing lights and foot tapping music, the party began with a blast. It was a fun filled event at which the freshers had an opportunity not only to showcase their talents and but also to interact with the seniors. Soon after the inauguration, the programs kick-started with a ramp walk in which many contestants vied for the Ms. Fresher & Mr. Fresher 2017.
The contest included several rounds consisting of singing, dancing, talent display, dress parade and the like, which wove the magic of fun and joy in the event. In the last and final “Questionnaire Round”, the contestants had to prove that they were persons with beauty and brains, having presence of mind and confidence & not only to give the correct answers but also to communicate these properly and effectively.
At the end of the very enjoyable competition, Ms. Jaspreet Kaur (ME) & Mr. Himank Shah (CSE) were selected as Miss. & Mr. Fresher 2017 respectively. Ms. Ananya Bajpai (CSE) & Mr. Anand Kumar Jha (BT) were selected as Miss & Mr. Eve 2017 respectively.
After the competition, it was for the freshers and seniors to rock the party with dancing and grooving. Finally the program ended, leaving behind sweet memories that will be cherished lifelong.

Talent Hunt

Talent hunt serves as a wonderful platform for talent which otherwise would not have a chance to showcase itself. To identify and nurture these aspects in new entrants Department of Applied Sciences & Humanities organized ‘Talent Hunt’ on 14th & 15th September 2017 for 1st Year students. The main reason behind organizing these competitions is to nurture the intrinsic qualities in students and eliminate the stage fear among students, which helps in personality development too. Talent Hunt 2017-18 comprised of various events like Speech, Singing, Dancing, Playing Instrument, Poetry Recitation, Mimicry,Painting, and Quiz. Dr. Monica Khanna, HoD, Applied Sciences & Humanities appreciated and thanked all the participants and winners.
